Training - "The Foundations of Contemporary Dance: Module 4" with Claudinei Garcia and Susana Vilar.

During the 4-hour practical training, module IV of the contemporary dance technique basics will be presented. We will review the previous modules and introduce new approaches.

With the aim of learning and reinforcing contemporary dance technique, we will use several reference methodologies, namely "Flying Low and Passing Through", "Contact Improvisation", and "Release Technique", combined with the professional experience of both teachers, Claudinei Garcia and Susana Vilar.

This training is aimed at teachers who want to improve their studies or seek inspiration, as well as students who want to reinforce the basics of contemporary dance technique.
